Book Study: Christianity After Religion

The first offering of The School for Christian Practice will be a book study of Diana Butler Bass’s pivotal work Christianity After Religion.

The book study will be on Zoom, and we will offer two times each week, Mondays or Tuesdays from 6:00 – 7:00 PM, for four weeks. The dates are January 18 or 19, 25 or 26, February 1 or 2, and 8 or 9. You can choose whether Monday or Tuesday works best for you each week and log on.

Lent@Home

The season of Lent begins on Ash Wednesday, February 17, with an invitation to observe a holy Lent. Since we’re not yet back to observing it in our ordinary fashion, we are preparing Lent@Home kits to help you observe a holy Lent at home. Kits will include ashes for Ash Wednesday, suggestions for your home altar, palm crosses for Palm Sunday, incense for Holy Week, and much more!

Kits will be ready for pick up at the church office the week before Ash Wednesday, but we need to know how many to prepare. To make sure we have enough and to reserve yours, please complete the kit reservation form below. Contact Cheryl with any questions.
