On Sunday, December 1, parishioners of all ages are invited to come make Advent wreaths together from 9:30-10:30 AM in the Parish Hall. There is no need to sign up. Enough supplies will be available to make 30 wreaths on a first-come, first-served basis. One wreath per household please and a $5 donation would be welcome.
Please bring supplies (greenery from your garden, ribbon, pinecones, etc.) from home to personalize your wreath or to share with others. You will also find it helpful to bring small pruning scissors. Join us on December 1 as we celebrate the beginning of Advent and a New Church Year.
Parishioners are encouraged to come relax in Grace Church’s Candlelight Café during the holiday season! After dinner we will linger a bit over our coffee and dessert and enjoy programs for the whole family.

Join us for an Advent Quiet Day at Grace Church on Saturday, December 14 from 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM. A variety of activities will be available to help us in the journey through Advent. The cost is $10, which includes lunch. Register online by December 7.
Grace Church uses original artwork by children and youth (up to 12th grade) in the bulletin for the Christmas pageant service and on our Facebook page during the Christmas season.
Please use colored pencils, paint, crayons, pencil, or markers to draw a nativity scene on this page or on an 8 1/2×11 piece of paper. Don’t forget to include your name and age! Submit artwork by Wednesday, December 11: give it back to your Sunday School teacher or drop it by the parish office.
Please contact Brenda Morgan if you are interested in scheduling a pastoral phone call or visit during this holiday season. Contact Cheryl Kelley for information about companioning, which involves meeting periodically, one on one, to discuss where we find ourselves, and listening together for where the Spirit might lead. This practice can be particularly useful when we are feeling estranged from God, during times of transition or difficulty, or when we are trying to make important decisions.
