Grace Church Email Lists

Grace Church uses Constant Contact to help us manage our email communication. Constant Contact has a no tolerance spam policy and requires that we use their platform only for permission-based email marketing. Therefore, it is our policy that people self-subscribe to our email list. This ensures that we are only sending emails to people who have indicated they wish to receive them by adding themselves to the list.

The list is divided into the following sub-lists that allow us to target information according to your interests.

  • Parish Wide News & Events: emails from the clergy, notifications about special events/worship services, death/funeral announcements, and weather related cancellations. Grace Church strongly encourages every member of the parish to sign up to receive Parish Wide emails.
  • Parish Newsletter: Grace Church’s email newsletter is sent every Friday morning.
  • The Center for Prayer and Spiritual Practice: The Center for Prayer and Spiritual Practice at Grace Episcopal Church seeks to nurture the transformation of the community from the inside out. Sign up to get news and updates in your inbox.
  • Friends of Music Events: notification of music events open to the community

Privacy Policy
Grace Church will not share the information you provide when you subscribe to our email lists. You can read Constant Contact’s privacy notice at their website.

If you ever need to change your email address or areas of interest/sublists:
Open any Grace Church email and click the “Update Profile” link at the bottom. If you no longer have access to your old emails/email account, use the link above to sign up again with your new email address.

If you ever want to take your name off the email list:
Click the “SafeUnsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email you have received from Grace Church. This will open a page where you can remove your email address from specific sub-lists or opt-out of receiving all future communications. Once your opt-out choices have been made, you are automatically removed from the chosen lists.

If you unsubscribe to all of the mailing lists, you will be added to the ‘Do Not Mail’ list and Grace Church will no longer be able to send you emails through the list. Please note however, that unsubscribing from the email list will not prevent the parish office from being able to email you individually should the need arise, provided we also have your email address in our regular parish database. The information we have on file in the parish database is completely separate from the email list we maintain through Constant Contact.

Please email the Director of Communication with any questions or concerns.
